At Heiva Digital, we also call it the "Give & Get attitude".
When you dance, have you ever asked yourself "why am I dancing"? Have you ever considered what kind of emotions you experience when you dance ?
There are many reasons for dancing on stage. Each of you has your own.
These motivations range from the search for identity to the desire for self-esteem, not forgetting the desire to practise sport, to have fun, or to explore the phantasm that 'Ori Tahiti conveys. This list is far from complete.
But what seems obvious is that you experience an emotion when you dance.
If you're practising 'Ori fitness, you may have no emotions at all. You're there to sweat! But when you dance for an audience, or for nature, or for an offering, you experience emotions.
The emotion you feel when you dance can be passed on or kept to yourself.
Then those for whom you are dancing will feel the emotion that appeals to them.
That's how you capture the audience's attention, even beyond the performance itself.
You capture their attention in front of an audience or a camera, and that emotion travels around the world.
Dancing, being on stage, is always about giving and receiving. Because what you give by sharing your emotion will come back to you in the form of energy, love and attention, in one way or another.
The "emotional transmission" ( expression) criterion is as important to our Heiva Digital jury as the technical criteria.
The artistic jury scores expression criterion. This is independent of your technical performance.
Enjoy Heiva Digital !
